Do you offer samples for custom printed cups?
Yes — samples of standard unbranded cups can be provided so you can check the quality, sizing and materials before placing a custom print order.
(Printed sample cups are not usually available due to production minimums.)
Can I order a mix of sizes in one custom print order?
Custom cups are printed in batch runs, so each size is treated as a separate order. If you need multiple sizes, we can quote for each size individually.
Do lids come custom printed too?
Lids are supplied plain (not printed). For hot cups, we can supply white or black lids. For PET cups, flat or dome lids are included.
Do you offer help with designs?
Yes — if you already have a logo or artwork, we’ll guide you on preparing the file for printing. If you need support, we can assist with basic layout and positioning.
What file format do you need for artwork?
Vector files such as AI, PDF or EPS are preferred for the best print quality. If you only have a PNG, JPG or other format, send it over and we’ll let you know if it’s suitable.
