Do you offer returns or replacements?

If any items arrive damaged, we will send free replacements.
For incorrect items, we will resolve this on a case-by-case basis:

  • If you’re local, we can collect the incorrect items and replace them.
  • If you’re further away, we may ask you to return the incorrect items and we will send replacements once received.

We always aim to deal with issues fairly and quickly.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payments supported by Shopify, including:

  • Debit & credit cards
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

  • Cash on collection (for customers collecting from our depot)
How long does delivery take?

Local Delivery (Enfield & nearby areas):
1–3 working days.
Evening or next-day delivery may be possible depending on availability.

Nationwide Delivery:
Orders are picked, packed and dispatched within 48 hours.
We ship using next-day delivery services, so most orders arrive within 2–4 working days.
Do you offer collection?

Yes — free click & collect is available from our Enfield, North London depot.
We’ll confirm a collection time once your order is ready.
Do you offer bulk or pallet pricing?

Yes — we supply full pallet orders (50–70 boxes per pallet) at a discounted rate.

Because pallet pricing varies by product mix and location, we provide tailored quotes over the phone or through our Trade Quote form.
Are your products eco-friendly?

We focus on practical, sustainable options without inflated prices.

  • Bagasse products (sugarcane) are 100% compostable and biodegradable
  • Ripple cups are made from recyclable paper with no plastic
  • PS coffee lids are recyclable

We balance sustainability with practicality and value — eco packaging that performs, without the premium mark-up.
Are bagasse boxes microwave-safe?

Bagasse containers are suitable for reheating food in the microwave.
However, we do not recommend directly cooking in them, especially with oily, fatty or high-liquid foods, as the material can begin to soften if overheated.
Are bagasse boxes leak-proof?

Bagasse is naturally resistant to heat and liquids. We have tested our boxes with boiling water filled to maximum capacity, and they do not melt or absorb liquid through the base.

However, as these are clamshell boxes, please ensure they are packed and handled upright. If tilted or squashed in transit, liquids may escape from the edges or hinge.
Why are your prices lower than other suppliers?

Because we keep things simple and efficient:

  • Family-run business with no large team or overheads
  • We order directly from manufacturers, cutting out middle-men
  • No inflated “wholesale mark-ups”
  • Streamlined, curated product range that reduces costs

We pass those savings directly to small and family-run businesses.
Do you supply small businesses as well as larger clients?

Yes — whether you run a coffee shop, takeaway, food truck, home kitchen business or a large catering company, we are happy to supply you.
No minimum order for regular pack purchases.
Do you offer free samples?

Yes — we can provide samples of selected products so you can test quality before placing a larger order.
Just contact us with the items you’d like to try, and we’ll be happy to help.
